A chartered civil engineer by background, Will started his career in structural design before moving into construction. An early highlight was a 3-year stint on the 2012 Olympic Park, covering everything from soil stabilisation to fit-out. He’s specialised in preconstruction roles for the last 10 years, and was recently appointed Work Winning Director for SRM’s Commercial and Major Projects divisions. Major Projects delivers complex, large-scale schemes under the intrinsically collaborative Construction Management contract form, and Will’s role sees him working alongside clients, consultants and the supply chain to deliver value-adding, outcome-focused solutions.
