Emily is a Senior Engineer working within the structures department of Waterman Group. During her time within the industry Emily has worked on both new build and refurbishment projects, varying between steel, concrete, and composite construction. These projects have ranged both in value and sector, including retail, residential, commercial, and hotel.
Emily is passionate about the future of the industry and takes an active role in promoting the STEM subjects in schools, with particular focus on increasing the number of women interested in pursuing careers in engineering
