Tim Cutts is a town planner and regeneration specialist working in London. He has been responsible for managing major planning applications as well as leading on the delivery of strategic planning frameworks in Southwark, including plans for Elephant and Castle, Canada Water and the Aylesbury Estate. He is currently a senior regeneration manager at Southwark council, where he is leading on a number of projects associated with the Old Kent Road opportunity area including the preparation of masterplans and approach to industrial/residential mixed use development and regeneration of the council’s own landholdings.
