Louise leads on policy work within the GLA’s Infrastructure team, covering cross-cutting policy and regulatory issues that impact on the delivery of the Mayor’s Infrastructure Coordination Service and the role of utilities infrastructure in meeting net zero and delivering new homes. The team also leads on convening panels such as the Mayor’s London Infrastructure Group, Infrastructure Advisory Group and Young Professionals Panel, as well as the delivery of an equality, diversity and inclusion work programmein collaboration with the London infrastructure sector. Prior to this role, she worked on affordable housing and land use policy at the GLA, having also held positions in central government in New Zealand and at the Centre for Cities think-tank, specialising in urban policy, housing, economic development and devolution.
