London Real Estate Forum

Together we will shape better cities

At our annual forum in September, we bring together leaders from the industry, public sector, government, investment and business communities, to drive sustainable investment and development in cities.

Discussions will be brought to life with an unparrelled day of keynote speeches, panel debates, project briefings, solution-focused roundtables at the Barbican Centre. This will be followed by a day of expert-led tours of exciting key development areas throughout London.

This is supported by NLA's year-round programme of content and virtual events, with articles, interviews, podcasts and webinars.

Our approach

We facilitate conversations between key decision makers, with 67% of our delegation being director level and above.

Thought-leading and inspiring

Our speakers are of the highest quality and experts in their fields. They are joined by industry disruptors and relevant outside voice to spark conversation and provoke fresh ideas.

Solution focused intelligence

Our Insights monthly email newsletter, brings together leading industry voices and thought-leaders to cover a range of industry-critical topics.

The post-event report captures the key themes, provocations, priorities, and ideas emerging from the forum.

Curated exhibition

The Barbican foyers will be transformed into an exhibition showcasing the most exciting development activity across major cities, with models, maps and images.

School engagement programme

A great opportunity to engage young people with representatives from all areas of the built environment. Inspire a new generation of city-makers, promote diversity and accessibility to the industry.

Tours

The second day of LREF this year will be a day of tours of key development areas of London hosted by our Developer and Borough partners.

"Collaboration is vital to unlock investment towards decarbonising the built environment; the London Real Estate Forum is therefore an important forum, bringing together city and industry leaders to progress the net-zero agenda.”
