Lady Lucy French

Lucy has sought to shape the urban environment, in terms of placemaking and culture.  Having opened the first newly built theatre complex in central London for 3 decades she worked with key stakeholders to bring the scheme to fruition setting it within the wider transformation of the Victoria footprint. She sat on the Victoria BID Board during that time, witnessing the innovation and change created by the BID team.
