Mona is responsible for bridging the gap between decision makers and the City Region’s younger demographic and has made significant achievements leading consultancy work on several key policies

Since joining Gleeds in 2021, Mona has gained experience in a wide portfolio of commercial matters. Mona is driven to impact the future of the Built Environment workforce, in particular the transition of roles driven by smart technology and Modern Methods of Construction.
