Matthew is the Head of Projects, Consents and Urban Design at Transport for London with over 25 years experience in developing and implementing strategies, policies and projects in highly complex and political environments. His team lead the development of major projects – examples such as the Northern line extension, Overground to Barking Riverside and Silvertown Tunnel and support TfL in obtaining the necessary powers and consents to implement its portfolio. The assessment and development of the Bakerloo line extension is a key focus within this portfolio.
