Caroline joined Sir Robert McAlpine from a background delivering capital projects in the NHS. As Client Engagement Lead, Health Sector, she works with multiple stakeholders during pre-construction, seeing firsthand the challenges and opportunities of interdisciplinary collaboration. The Springfield Village project, providing residential accommodation alongside mental health hospital facilities, is a great example of urban integration and sustainable design, showing what can be successfully delivered through a public / private partnership.
