Richard is an Associate Director with over 15 years of experience of delivering sustainability assessments for the commercial sector, for both new build and internal refurbishment works. Richard helped with the roll out of the RICS SKA Rating tool, which was developed in-house by AECOM to assess fit-out and refurbishment projects. Richard has worked with high profile private and public sector clients to embed sustainability in their projects and achieve exemplar BREEAM Outstanding and SKA Gold ratings on their projects.
