Rob McNicol is Assistant Director of Planning Policy and Strategy at the City of London Corporation.
Rob and his team develop policies, guidance and projects that help deliver the City Corporation’s vision for the future of the Square Mile – creating a highly sustainable city centre for business, and transforming the City into a destination for everyone.
Rob is an experienced public sector planner, having worked at local authorities in and outside London, and previously managing the London Plan team. His work addresses the big challenges urban areas face, from retrofit and sustainable development to the future of city centres in the post-Covid era.
