Caroline is part of a cadre of advisors that provide strategic advice, experience and expertise to senior civil servants and Ministers at the Centre of Whitehall and to individual Whitehall Departments on the financing and delivery of complex, major projects and programmes relating to economic and social infrastructure, economic growth and levelling up.
Caroline primarily works on projects/programmes in the energy, economic growth and levelling up policy areas, and she has a particular interest in the Built Environment and the link between Human Capital, the wider drivers of Health & Wellbeing and Economic Growth/Productivity (including”people” as a key form of Infrastructure).
Prior to working in Whitehall, Caroline enjoyed a 25 year plus career in the private sector, working for international law firms, property companies, corporates and in private equity on a wide range of M & A and real estate related transactions, on a UK and an international basis.
