Jonathan focuses on the land assembly and project delivery in Thames Road and Castle Green. He was instrumental in the Council’s intervention in Chadwell Heath resulting in the site’s sale to Bridge Industrial. He and his team has recently launched Industria to the leasing market providing 100,000sqft of stacked industrial floorspace and is working with the CoL with its Food Markets relocation which is hoped will achieve a further intensification.
