Colin is the CEO of Knowledge Quarter Liverpool (KQ Liverpool), Liverpool’s vast urban innovation district which is home to some of the world’s most influential players in science, health, technology, education and culture, including the £1bn Paddington Village Development. He is also CEO of Sciontec Developments Limited (Sciontec), the commercial spin-out development company of KQ Liverpool, which owns and operates the successful Liverpool Science Park, manages the Sciontec AI serviced space offices in The Spine and is developing HEMISPHERE, Liverpool’s first operational net zero carbon office building at Paddington Village, due to open in 2025.
