Gavin has over 15 years of experience advising occupiers. He is Managing Director of the Tenant Advisory Team at Kontor: an award-winning office agency advising global scaleups on their real estate strategy. Recent occupier clients include the likes of Monzo, Braze, Revolut, WeWork, Deliveroo, and numerous other globally scaling companies and VCs. Before joining Kontor 7 years ago, Gavin spent 3 years in Buenos Aires with JLL and CBRE advising corporates on their LATAM real estate transactions. Prior to that, he spent 5 years in CBRE’s City of London Tenant Advisory Group.
