Opportune graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2017 where she studied the relationship between real estate, law and economics. She joined research & advisory firm The Business of Cities to work on a variety of international analytics and advisory projects for local and regional governments.
Since joining Transport for London in 2021, Opportune has had experience in all facets of TfL’s wide ranging portfolio and she is passionate about transport-oriented development and creating sustainable places in global, multicultural cities.
