Ruchi is an architect, urban designer, masterplanner and Place Shaper who leads the Place Shaping team at Westminster City Council. The Place Shaping team is a design and strategy team which focuses on areas of opportunity and change. The team co-creates Place Plans with the community and stakeholders to agree a holistic and cohesive Vision for areas with a clear path to delivery in the short, medium and long term. These form the basis for identifying funding and delivering vibrant, joyful, sustainable and resilient places for the future.

Projects include Strand Aldwych and Place Plans in Harrow Road, Paddington, Victoria and Soho.
