James Atherton is responsible for leading the significant pipeline of redevelopment along Regent Street and Piccadilly.  The Crown Estate has an ambitious programme of sustainable and socially inclusive projects that it will deliver within its historic West End portfolio. Prior to joining The Crown Estate in 2022, James worked at Unibail–Rodamco-Westfield for 15 years across a number of projects including the HMRC building at 14 Westfield Avenue and the pre-development stages of Westfield Milan.
