Lauren Williams is a Senior Programme Manager at Transport for London (TfL)’s property company. She is part of the Strategy and Planning team who are responsible for setting direction and steering the organisation to achieve its ambitious commitments and plans.She has experience in developing strategy and managing delivery programmes to ensure it is best placed to meet some of London’s biggest problems such as the housing crisis and climate emergency. Before taking on her current role, Lauren worked on business transformation programmes and across sectors in Asset Management. Lauren joined TfL in 2016 on the graduate programme gaining experience across the organisation as part of the General Management and Emerging Leader schemes.
