Mary-Ann Lewis is the Head of Euston Regeneration at Camden Council. Mary-Ann leads a service dedicated to getting the best regeneration outcomes for the community and the place at Euston in the context of the arrival of HS2 at Euston, working to deliver 1,000s of new homes and jobs above the new station and tracks at Euston. Mary-Ann was the Expert Witness on behalf of the Council presenting to the House of Lords Select Committee on HS2, making the case for enabling development above the stations and tracks. Mary-Ann previously worked at Allies and Morrison Urban Practitioners, responsible for the production of plans, policies and strategies for urban and rural locations including for London Boroughs, the GLA, the Thames Gateway, Blackburn and Swindon. Prior to that Mary-Ann gained experience at Brent Council and at Drivers Jonas (now Deloitte) where she undertook the planning assessment for Crossrail.
