Louise Ioannou joined HB Reavis in 2017 and took on the role of leasing manager at the beginning of 2021. Passionate about the evolution of the workspace and developing HB Reavis’ customer-centric approach, Louise is responsible for leasing activities with a focus on One Waterloo – the redevelopment of Elizabeth House. One Waterloo is currently one of London’s most strategically important sites and the company’s largest UK scheme to-date. During her time at HB Reavis, Louise previously led the company’s strategic marketing and communications across its UK development pipeline, including leasing campaigns for Bloom Clerkenwell, 20 Farringdon Street and latest acquisition at Worship Street in Shoreditch.
Prior to joining HB Reavis, Louise worked as a Senior Account Director for Sectorlight, responsible for international and London-based commercial property marketing and placemaking projects, including the rebrand and marketing of St. Katharine Docks for Blackstone. Louise started off her career in account management, at advertising agency Tag:Worldwide, servicing clients and leading her team to deliver global consumer print and digital campaigns for brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Stella McCartney and Reebok.
