Badges cannot be shared between individuals and are for the named individual only. This includes Conference + Tours tickets. The same delegate who attends the Conference Day must attend the Tours Day.
Swapping badges between individuals is strictly forbidden and may result in you being refused entry.
If you are attending the Tours Day, you will receive joining information directly from the tour organisers.
The full programme for both the Conference and Tours Day is available to view in the Programme section and includes confirmed speakers and information about each session.
If you have registered for the Tours Day, you will receive an email from the team asking you to confirm your preferences for the tours. If you haven’t received an email but think you should have, please contact us at email@example.com
Kick off the conference day on Wednesday by joining TfL Property Company’s Breakfast Briefing from 08:00–09:00 ahead of the day’s exciting programme of talks and round tables.
Then, join us later for a NextGen Reception, hosted in association with Gardiner & Theobald. The reception begins at 17:30 and ends at 20:30. This is being held in the Conservatory on Level 3.
Everyone who holds a Conference Ticket or a Conference + Tours Ticket is welcome to attend the receptions and there is no need to RSVP.
If you have just the Tours ticket, you will not be permitted entry into the Receptions.
All passes are non-refundable except in the case of any unforseen circumstances which would mean we had to cancel or postpone the Forum. In these circumstances you will receive a full refund OR be offered to roll over until the next event date.
If you decide not to attend or you are unable to attend due to your own personal circumstances we will offer a free of charge name change service at any time, including on site.
If you need to change the name of your delegate pass for any reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
